Often, Grants requests give you the latitude to provide your own proposal, and others will issue an RFP. THIS class is for unsolicited (when you are asking for funding without a request for bid).

Designing a winning grant proposal starts with having an outline that matches and expands upon your project abstract, but also the evaluation forms and procedures of the organization, agency or company that published the request.  That means:

  • Crafting a Proposal that is consistent with their needs
  • Determine Eligibility Requirements

Just those three steps can save you time, money, and resources.

What You Will Accomplish in This Clinic

You will learn not just the why behind writing winning grants, but also the how - the technical aspect of writing  to make sure your hard work gets you funding you need time and again and again.  You will:

    • Create Grant Outline

    • Learn the right way to format your proposals so it gets accepted

    • Learn how agencies evaluate  to determine winners and losers

When this clinic is done, you will have a template proposal to be used over and over again.

What you will Need:  As with all of our clinics, you will be "hands on" so you will need access to your computer.
