    Day 1 - Identification/Vetting Capture - Find the opportunity that you will work on during the class. Learn HOW to choose the RIGHT Opportunity. Learn how to determine a P-Win (Probability of a Win)

    Day 2 - Proposal Prep - Now that you have Found the Opportunity, Prepare the Proposal for a Win

    Day 3 - Cost Load - Learn how to cost load every single activity of our business, so that you don't leave money on the table.

    Day 4 - Pricing - This is where the rubber meets the road. If you don't price it just right, all of your hard work could go to waste. Pricing is THE key to winning federal contracts.

    Day 5 - Proposal Evaluation - Learn how to make sure that your proposal is compliant, responsive, and relevant.

    Day 6 and 7 - Office Hours for One on Ones

    Day 8-10 - Prepare Proposals

    Day 11 - Submit Proposals for Review

    Day 14 - Debriefing

    Getting funding for your project (whether for profit or non profit) requires planning, and planning includes an 'at-a-glance document called a Project Abstract. For Profit is called a Capability Statement. For THIS class, we are going to focus on the Project Abstract. This is needed if you are looking to be funded by a non profit (even if you are a For Profit if you want a contract with a Non-Profit Organization, you will need a Project Abstract.

    This course is an Action Interactive Workshop (not a seminar, you WILL do the work while we are going through the steps. When you complete this course, You will have:

    1. Understand all of the Components of the Abstract

    2. First Draft of Your Project Abstract

    What you will Need:

    1. Your computer. You will be walking though the exercises, so it is important that you are at your computer.
