Workforce Development includes transition preparedness, traditional and on-the-job training, as well as “upskilling” to help veterans fortify their technical capabilities and better leverage the behaviors that made the successful in the military.
For too many veterans, one of the primary challenges of making a successful transition from military to civilian life is finding gainful employment. While employment rates for veterans are typically below the national average, many veterans are faced with the problem of underemployment – working jobs that are below their marketable skill level.
But then the key word there is MARKETABLE.

Our Workforce Development program is designed to help former military make successful transitions into high-quality positions by repositioning them to leverage the behavioral and technical skills they honed during their years of service and translate those skills and capabilities into marketable job skills.
